Shabu Shabu is their specialty, however, I did not get any pictures of that, SORRY!
We had lots of appetizers, sukiyaki, rare prime beef and some unique desserts.
The roll is a Kobe Beef Roll: meet was tender and served with a flavorful sauce that paired quite well with the sushi rice and the beef.

Uni with Scrambled Egg: Sea Urchin Roe (served in the urchin itself), with lightly scrambled egg and caviar on top. I was trying to take the first bite because Charisse told me to and I ended up accidentally eating the entire piece of Uni! ACCIDENT I PROMISE!
For dessert we had:
Black sesame panna cotta (interesting, don't know if I would order it again).
Green Tea Tiramisu Cake: light and probably made with Matcha
Mille Crepe: a "thousand" layer crepe cake layered with fresh whip cream and served with vanilla ice cream
Chocolate Souffle: deliciously sinful and rich
